Many Shades of Winter

Stages of my watercolor, Many Shades of Winter inspired by a Northwindimage photograph. I was drawn to the detail in this tree yet the simplicity of the photo. I thought the original photo resembled a painting and it would be a great image to paint for the Inspirations exhibit.
